Return & Refund Policy

Refunds
If you receive an item you are unsatisfied with please call the location you have ordered from and ask for the Manager or Supervisor on duty. In order to be eligible for a refund the product must be returned to us in the same way you received it. It must not be tampered with in any way. Refunds must be made within twenty-four hours. Our staff will request the returned product and inspect it before a refund will be issued.

Remake
If you receive an item you are unsatisfied with please call the location you have ordered from and ask for the Manager or Supervisor on duty. A remake request must be made within twenty-four hours. Our staff will request the returned product and inspect it before the remade product is issued.

Please note:
Any issues, refund or remake must be cleared through the Manager or Supervisor on duty at the location you ordered from. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or remake request if the product is not returned to us or has been tampered with in any way or has been consumed.
